Almond Beach Club & Spa

Having recently returned from the Almond Beach Village, where we got married, all I can say is a big thank you to all the staff, Ann the wedding co-ordinator, and the Photographer's, for making our special day go smoothly ,and with no hassle. If anyone is thinking of getting married there, it's well worth it, We have never had so many compliments on the quality of our Photograph's which come packaged in a beautiful Photo Album, ( thanks Manta). I have read some of the negative reviews and I think some are a little harsh. The staff are extremely friendly, (big Hello to Doreen) the rooms are a little dated but very clean, and at the end of the day, your only sleeping in them!! The sandy beaches are very clean, I don't suppose the hotel can responsible for the the rocks which are washed up by the tide, there are part's which are rocky, (which is good for snorkelling) and there are part's that aren't. And as for the birds eating off your plate's, again not the hotel's fault, and that's only in the outside bars and restaurants, The only fault is the variety of the Menu choice's in the restaurant's, they stayed the same for the full two weeks, which did get a little repeatative, would highly recommend this resort though.
